jessiechar Not everything needs to be a Swiss Army Knife, an Instant Pot, or Amazon Prime. There’s a great usefulness to multifunctional tools and platforms, there’s also a beauty in focus and speciality that can solve one problem really well.

jessiechar Thirdly, relying on chains of algorithms that try and guess what we are trying to do often ends in bizarre user experiences. A separate app is both simpler to design & engineer, AND gives us listeners a lot more personal agency.
