`--keep-order` makes sure the output is in the same order as if processing serially.
GNU Parallel command as drop-in replacement for scripts that process each STDIN line in isolation, optimized for minimum surprise:

karpathy most common neural net mistakes: 1) you didn't try to overfit a single batch first. 2) you forgot to toggle train/eval mode for the net. 3) you forgot to .zero_grad() (in pytorch) before .backward(). 4) you passed softmaxed outputs to a loss that expects raw logits. ; others? :)
genophoria 8/n. This universal nightmare binds us all. It is too late for my generation... we hollowed out our relationships and drastically reshaped our lives for a higher calling. I have personally achieved the goals set by younger self, but there r days that I wonder if it was worth it.
