garicgymro @wellformedness @VerbingNouns Interesting. Pronominal "where" is a bit limited to me; I don't think I can say "Where gave you your passport?" entirely happily, for instance, but "Out of all the countries in the world, where is going to eliminate borders first?" is fine...

garicgymro @VerbingNouns @wellformedness I don't read this as where-extraction. I think this is "where" standing for "what country" (in the same way that "who" stands for "what person/organisation" etc.). That works ok for me (though seems limited by register), and makes the syntax otherwise unremarkable.

l1quidcryst4l in fact, not only does "it's not my responsibility to educate you" mean that people often didn't know what they did wrong, but it allowed people to hide personal attacks behind accusations of oppression that *were* unfounded, because explaining what you did was "educating you"
