إن – in = if
شاء – sha’ = wanted (= would want)
الله – allah = God

Used when talking about future hopes and plans. Sometimes translates as ‘hopefully’. Can also mean ‘yes’, as in ‘See you tomorrow at 9:00 then?’ – ‘Insha’allah’.
